Focaccia is painfully easy and cheap, retards only fuck it up by using expired yeast or not proving it enough.

Cold brew is garbage as are the people who "enjoy" it.

My neighbor fucked it up by baking it directly on a baking sheet without silpat or parchment under it; the bottom burned and got stuck to the sheet lol
And she still brought it out to the cookout lmao

Buy partanna or other good olive oil at the store. wow.
Get two NY Strip Steaks from local butcher. wow.
Get home. Wow.
Take paper towel(s), dab that shit until it's dry. Should stick to your fingers when you touch it, and dabbing paper towel should give very little juice to none at all. Wow.
Do one layer of sea salt each side, coating like icy sidewalk. Wow. Rub it in, too. Wow.
Do another layer of black pepper (remember to apply each layer to both sides and rubbing it in). Same procedure. Wow.
Do another layer of laury's seasoned salt. Rub it in, too. Wow.
Dab it again until dry cause water is starting to excrete. Wow.
Once that's done, do another layer of galic powder. Rub it in, too. Wow.
Do another layer of onion powder. Rub it in, too. Wow.
Do another layer of cayenne pepper. Rub it in, too. Wow.
So far so good. Let that sit and soak up the yumminess. Wow.
Get a nonstick pan out. Wow.
Put some partanna on the pan, more=somewhat deeper flavor but more smoke. Wow.
Crank that shit to high. Get a fan or else the dorm fire alarms go off. Wow.
Turn the temp way up. Wow.
Wait until it starts producing smoke. Wow.
Put first steak on. Set timer for 2 minutes, 50 seconds. Wow.
Wait. DO NOT TOUCH. wow.
When timer goes off, flip. Another 2 mins, 50 secs. Wow.
Take steak off, cut open and check. If good, wow. If too rare, put it back on another 1 minute each side.
Do next steak. Wow.
Makes picrel. Pretty easy and I'm a college engineer retard. Wife loves it. Never fails. Very wow.
On special occasions, melt 1TBSP butter on pan after both steaks done. Add garlic clove (minced or julienned) and set temp to medium. Do one minute each side and season with thyme. Serve with rosemary. WOW.
